"SNAP" is a not-for-profit corporation established to serve Saddlebaggers' needs in two major areas. The first is periodic legal consultation, intervention and referral with regard to community issues. This service will be provided by our Corporate Director and Counsel, Frederic O'Neal, Esq. with referral by SNAP.

The second component is called "The Angel's Grace" which is designed to provide networking, consultation and provision of low-cost or no-cost services identified to be of assistance to Saddlebaggers. This service is administered by volunteer-chairpersons who will oversee various projects.

The corporation is privately funded and supported by tax-deductible donations.
